Home Remedies For Children Problems

Every Parents know best for their childrens. So if any problem they feel is not getting cured… they must see the doctor immediately. Give your child a complete meal of fibre rich food, make a habit from childhood that intake of water is very good, green vegetables, and fresh fruits.
SOME OF THE HOME REMEDIES FOR COMMON HEALTH PROBLEMS IN CHILDREN ARE:-
  • Give your child daily 1 tbsp of spinach juice with honey this will make your child healthy and strong.
  • Fresh ripe tomato juice if given to small childrens (1 year & above)  they will grow healthier.
  • Dates are also very good to increase weight.
  • In a glass of hot milk add a little turmeric with a pinch of salt and little jaggery and give to your child. This will give relief from cold and cough.
  • If your child chest is full of cough, then you can give your child juice of holy basil leaves with honey 2-3 times a day. Also you can warm a little holy basil leaf juice and apply on your childs forehead, chest and little on nose.
  • Serving up something as simple as a hot beverage can help eliminate your child’s gas pains. Hot tea or warm water can help make the trapped gas within the abdomen expand. This will cause short-term discomfort, but will eventually help release the trapped gas.
Home fever reducer remedies can be used for low grade fevers. For children, anything over 100 is enough to warrant a trip to the doctor.
  • Boil mint leaves with ginger and give your child to drink. This will reduce any type of fever.
  • Fill a big bowl with cold water (not ice cold) and add a few drops of Eau de Cologne(if you dont have then plain cold water is also fine). Soak a washcloth and wring it out. Place it on your child’s forehead for 2 minutes and repeat. You can do this three to four times a day for at least 20 to 25 minutes each time.
  • You also can give your child warm milk with a pinch of turmeric.
  • Ask the child to take Rest, because any infection needs lots of energy to fight. And so REST is important.
