Home Remedies For Diabetes

Fatigue, weakness and frequent urination are the mild symptons of diabetes. If a person suffering from these symptons must get your diabetes checked immediately, so one have the chances of living a long and a productive life.No,you don’t to eat pills everyday, just a few changes in your food habits and your lifestyle will cut the risks. Here are some things that you can do at home to prevent or reduce diabetes.
SOME OF THE HOME REMEDIES FOR DIABETES ARE:-
  • Having bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach has proved to prevent diabetes. If you enjoy eating bitter gourd, then you could make stuffed karela (bitter gourd) or fry them like chips and have them as a snack.
  • First thing in the morning is to gulp overnight soaked 1/4 tsps of methi in water .
  • The seeds of Jambul fruit can be dried and powdered and take with water twice a day. Jambul fruit is also considered effective in reducing diabetes.
  • Amla juice too cuts the blood sugar levels
  • Try and substitute honey if you can’t do without sugar in your coffee or tea.
  • Black coffee without sugar cuts the risk of Type 2 diabetes.
  • Green tea is also helpful in reducing the blood sugar and insulin levels in the body.Grind cinnamon sticks(dalcheeni) in a dry mixer/grinder and keep it in a airtight container and consume daily 1tsp with water early morning.
  • Also eat raw garlic (3-4 flakes) or raw onion everyday.
  • Eat roti(chapati) insted of rice.
  • Diabetics must be very careful about their eating habits avoid eating bread, potatoes or pasta.
  • Drinking a glass of water with 10 tulsi leaves, 10 neem leaves and 10 belpatras early morning on an empty stomach helps in keeping sugar levels under control.
  • Put one cup of water into a copper vessel at night, and drink the water in the morning.
