Home Remedies For Stomach Ache

SOME OF THE HOME REMEDIES FOR STOMACH ACHE ARE:-
  • Eat 1 teaspoon of ajwain and a little warm water after it. This help to reduce any stomach ache problems related to gas.
  • Gulp  mixture of lemon juice and ginger juice in equal parts with a little crushed blach pepper.
  • Daily intake of any of the following will help to reduce stomach aches occuring on regular basis:
  • Drink 1 teaspoon of ginger juice mixed with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to treat for stomach ache
  • Drink 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds with a half teaspoon of jaggery (gur) with half cup of warm milk to treat stomach ache problems.
  • Mint juice with honey is also very effective.
  • Baking soda is a common home remedy for gas and acid indigestion. Dissolve half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink it.
  • Peppermint is commonly used to soothe upset stomach and aid in digestion.
  • Place a heat pad or a hot water bottle on the aching stomach region to help relieve the pain.
  • Drink lukewarm water and herbal teas to get relief from mild stomach aches.
